Content is written and edited by Leila Harrington, a California Real Estate Broker (DRE #01509429) with more than 20 years of experience in San Luis Obispo County real estate. Where content reflects professional experience rather than a citable source, it is written as general guidance rather than as established fact.

Factual claims

• Regulatory and government information links to the primary source. Summaries are provided for orientation and are explicitly not a substitute for the agency's own current information.
• Market statistics are published only with a named source and an as-of date. Where data has not been gathered and verified, the site says so rather than estimating.
